Placed an online order and sat in line for well over 35 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I left. The inside is... closed so that is not an option. I ordered a frozen drink and it had been sitting in the sun so the girl had to make me a newone when I got to the window. I had to ask for a straw because she did not give me one with my drink and once I got into theparking lot to start eating, I realized I had no utensils either. Put in an online order for in-store pickup. Arrived to doors locked and was forced to go through the drive through, which always... has a giant line at the hour I went. Order was correct, wait time was quite long. At the drive through window they explainedthat they have staffing shortage problems. I gave this to stars because I had to sit in the window for a drive-through with nobody in front of me for 10 minutes because... nobody answered then I drove around. I was gonna walk in the lobby and there?s a sign of that says lobby is closed, except foronline orders due to being short staffed. So I can?t even go in so I got back in my car went through drive-through again placedmy order when I got up to the window. The person that took my money was rude. Didn?t say thank you didn?t say hello nothing.Then I got the wrong order but I didn?t have a receipt because they never handed me the receipt and I?m sitting there indrive-through when he just literally handed me the food 30 seconds prior and and didn?t fix the situation.
