I gave this to stars because I had to sit in the window for a drive-through with nobody in front of me for 10 minutes because... nobody answered then I drove around. I was gonna walk in the lobby and there?s a sign of that says lobby is closed, except foronline orders due to being short staffed. So I can?t even go in so I got back in my car went through drive-through again placedmy order when I got up to the window. The person that took my money was rude. Didn?t say thank you didn?t say hello nothing.Then I got the wrong order but I didn?t have a receipt because they never handed me the receipt and I?m sitting there indrive-through when he just literally handed me the food 30 seconds prior and and didn?t fix the situation. My favorite taco bell ???? nicepolite workers. Good management. Food is always done right . So good I recommend this ta o bell

I'm not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but my children and husband love it lol. I like the Taco Bell in Smithfield bc the... employees are generally friendly. And you can get in and out quickly. Read more

Placed an online order and sat in line for well over 35 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I left. The inside is... closed so that is not an option. I ordered a frozen drink and it had been sitting in the sun so the girl had to make me a newone when I got to the window. I had to ask for a straw because she did not give me one with my drink and once I got into theparking lot to start eating, I realized I had no utensils either. Put in an online order for in-store pickup. Arrived to doors locked and was forced to go through the drive through, which always... has a giant line at the hour I went. Order was correct, wait time was quite long. At the drive through window they explainedthat they have staffing shortage problems. Just wish it hadn't given me the option for in-store pickup if it wasn't possible todo. Read more

Tried eating here today, there is a sign on the door that said due to staffing shortage, dining room is closed. Doesn't make... sense because no one inside takes your order, you have to use a self service kiosk. This place is losing a lot of businessbecause they refuse to let people eat inside. I like being able to wash my hands, sit down and eat, get refills and relaxinside. Management doesn't care about customers here. Read more

Horrible taco bell. They never get the orders right. Slow as molasses. This time, I ordered a crunch wrap extra cheese and it... came cold, and NO cheese, although I was charged for it, and the lettuce tasted rancid... Like it was dipped in chemicals orsomething unnatural. I brought the food back and explained the issue (because if you call no one will answer and their voicemailis conveniently full.) They remade the crunch wrap but some twerp thought they'd spite me and add SO MUCH cheese that it'sunpalatable. It's gross. And it was done on purpose. I'm really not happy and I will not be back. They don't care about qualityor their customers. Literally 4 bites and I'm so unhappy I lost my appetite. Read more
