The first thing I have noticed when I walked in to the restaurant was a bad smell, as soon as we got to the counter, few servers... there and no one acknowledge us, a couple minutes later this nice server eventually say to us? I will be there in a second??.Now that?s a customer service right there.! We ordered our meal, 2 burger, a fries and two apple pie. First table was dirty, sowe moved to another table, the same one. Crumbs all over the tables, big spider cob by the window, crumbs, food, dirty napkinsunder the table, no A/C inside, in fact its hotter inside the restaurant than outside. I was put off with the dirty diningroom, as I was eating my meal, I was thinking if the restaurant is this dirty, how dirty is their kitchen? Or the preparea? Sure enough after just few minutes after eating my burger, and few fries, I was having a really bad stomach ache, I had tostop in public washroom to use their toilet, twice already, and this is an hour an a half since I was there. That was my firstmeal all day, so it can?t be something that eat in the morning because I didn?t have anything. Those franchisee holder shouldbe more careful about the cleanliness of their franchise restaurant. I was so disappointed and I will swear, I will never visitany Burger King again! Read more
We went to the drive thru! We got excellent service! My bacon burger was delicious! The fries were also really good! My sprite... tasted like sprite! If I every go back to Smith falls and pass by I'll definitely stop by again! Read more
Full disclosure; after driving for two hours and being told I couldn't use their washroom because their dining room was closed... made me already upset. However; after using the washroom across the parking lot at Timmy's I still went through the drive thrufor lunch for my family. The food was old and very obviously been sitting in a warmer too long. The cola was over filled withice. And I was charged for a Whooper I never even got. Overall not a great experience Read more
We have bought food here before and it was always what we expected. This time we went in the evening and arrived about 9:15pm.... First, all the outdoor lights were off - it looked closed but we headed for the drive through because it says it's open till10pm. The lights at the drive through were also off so we couldn't read the menu sign. No one offered assistance through thesystem so I said " hello??" A very curt response came back " JUST A MINUTE!! " So we waited and waited and finally a voiceasked about our order. We got our food found a parking spot and started to eat. My burger was cold and the large onion rings Iordered was not large and they weren't fresh. But by this time we were too frustrated and with an hour drive ahwad of us wedidn't bother going inside to complain. Read more
Whopper Wednesday is awesome. The chicken sandwiches are much to be desired. The whopper - extra all is a hefty and fulfilling... burger. And the King XL is worthy competitor to the McDonalds version. Read more
This store needs massive updating if it's going to compete with any of the competition out there! A very trashy 90s feel.... C'mon, you have to at least modernize the building & be esthetically pleasing with the Tim Hortons right next to it. Washroomsare semi-clean. I find the staff outside smoking. It's Burger King, they've got their deals you order it's nothing special it'sa quick deep fried bite. Read more
