the cashier at the drive thru takes forever. takes her 30 minutes to do 4 vehicles, this is ridiculous. when you do finally... make it to the window your ice cream is melted and you can see all the customers behind you orders sitting on the counter readyto go and melting away. they have had to remake my ice cream numerous times now. I got a brownie Reese royal brownie and not only was it $5.50 for a mini but the whole entire bottom half was just liquid peanut... butter (literally no ice cream at all). Not to mention that it took the staff an excessive amount of time to get it to us.Really disappointed with this experience. Read more
