Almost never get your order right(especially if you order in the website/app) but on the very rare occasions they do get it... right, it is good! I always order the same thing, SPECIFICALLY ask for less sauce and Almost EVERY TIME it's almost like they goout of their way to put extra sauce on my thin crust. Then it's soggy as heck and basically inedible. The delivery guys are allreally nice, and friendly on the plus side!! Read more
We ordered a ceasar salad and the lettuce was all brown and rotten in Smiths Falls. When we called in they offered us a $3.00... credit but the salad cost $6.99! That is robbery! Yes only a few dollars but we payed for something that wasn't even edible! Unbelievable. Read more
First time at this location, went to get slices at dinner time and they only had 4 old slices there. I asked if they had any... pepperoni pizzas being made for slices, and they said they could just add pepperonies to the cheese slices there. She ended upserving me one cheese slice with uncooked pepperonies and one very old pepperoni slice that had sat out all day, was black onthe bottom and was in the bin the be thrown out. Not a big fan of pizza pizza... I think its very plain and has very little taste.. that said.. this place was the only one open... late night and although they were closing up, the manager or the owner went out of his way to accommodate us and make us a pieto go.. Thank you very much!! It was very much appreciated. Good service goes a long way. Read more
Very clean pizza place and the staff were absolutely wonderful during my visit. I cannot wait to visit here again in the future.
