Wasn?t there today but I?ll reply, since I was there a few days ago. Ordered 3 subs, 2 were perfect. The 3rd was missing a... meat, and instead of extra sauce, I got none at all. I must say it is an exception, they are usually fantastic at both serviceand quality. 3 stars I?d for this visit, but overall this location deserves 5 stars. It is subway so you know the quality will consistently be low. I have an issue with the app not applying coupons. I contacted... the restaurant using the email on the receipt where they promised to correct any mistakes. They simply to me that was an issuefor "head office". I sent feedback on the app only to receive an automated response that the email wasn't monitored. Finally Ifilled out the form on their website and I haven't received a response. I don't care about the $2, I am just frustrated thattheir app is terrible and service in person is no better. Further I find this location doesn't put on a lot ofingredients. They lock their doors half an hour early. Don't waste your time with this location just go to the other in town. The Covid... hours said they're open until 10 but the young girl inside, Kendall was her name when I called - locked the doors before 9:30pmso we had to go across town to the other Subway which doesn't have employees that lock their doors half an hour early. Very good Subs, I got chicken Teriyaki, and was great, the staff was friendly and the service was 10/10 ...
I like subway for their subs and cookies. I have had many pleasant times ordering from subway in line and online. The staff... are quite friendly and quick to serve you in the best ways they can. I'm only giving four stars because I've been in bettersubway locations but this one is still five star quality that the subway brand holds onto. Read more
The customer service at this subway was very bad. Even to provide napkins with the meals was not easy to do.
Absolutely awful. This is the worst subway I have ever visited. Very little chicken on my sandwich and even worse service.
