Edit to my previous experience! They use to be good but now they are horrible! Lately they have burnt, watered down coffee with... coffee grinds on the bottom in every cup I've gotten! And they charged me full price for a bagel and gave me almost no creamcheese and it's not even toasted!!!!! I'm never going back to another tim Hortons ever again!!! They are pretty fast and theemployees are very pleasant to deal with, only thing is maybe just give a stir stick with every coffee as the sugar is always onthe bottom. Read more

There a good Tim Hortons. Service is fast most of the time, they usually have a good selection of donuts, resturant with clean.
So I been to 2 different tummies locations in Smiths Falls three night's in a row all at the sane time and I could not get a... jelly filled dount..I don't understand what the point of have a store open that specializes in dounts if y don't have them. Notevery one work days or even evenings..or what if it was a emergency and and someone was helping out a family or emergencyworkers with a treat? Thank God for Macdonalds they had everything y need. Stay away from drive fast and look back at Theselocations or drive to CP much better locations. Read more

10 minutes trying to get in the drive thru and nothing, 10 minutes in the store and the clerk is blatantly ignoring customers.... Figured with a 3rd tims being added by the mall this tims would be able to operate smoother. Read more
