Your staff has a bad attitude. Waited 10 minutes as I made a kiosk order. Then was given attitude for what I waiting for. Given... half of the order and was given even more attitude when they forgot half of the order even after telling them. For a staff of 6this place is a joke. Read more
Went there this morning to buy french vanilla. Used the app to gather points from the drive thru cashier. She tried to scan and... tried to correct me that she cant see it. I flip my phone towards me and its still showing that she can scan it. Then sheproceeded to scan it, while waiting for my drink the girl behind her (Candice) started talking to this other staff next to her (not the cashier) and they both look at me in a fishy way. I tried to ignore it and Candice handed me the drink. I then ask formy receipt and again they both look at me weird. As I was about to drive off the lady next to Candice commented "Bye,Bye"(sarcastic tone). I turn around and went up the drive thru to ask them if I offended them because clearly i'm the topic of theirconversation and giving me dirty looks. I told them its discriminatory and insulting to treat customers this way. The stafftried to deny it. The management should hire people who actually love their job and has customer service skills. Waiting in line this morning and there were bees all over the place. They were behind the glass on the muffins, donuts etc. It... was mentioned and the cashier said yes we see them! There are people that are allergic , afraid, and just don?t like them. Andpretty sure it is not sanitary having them on the food!! Read more
Farmers breakfast wrap was gross, too much sauce, not enough egg. Always order an ice capp w/Choc milk and omg does know how to... mix properly. Ask the staff to remix and "always" get a dirty look. This happens at All timmies. Drives me insane Read more
Literally gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with no cream cheese and a cucumber on it, I didn?t think it was too hard to put cream... cheese on a bagel? But alright also came back the week after and they didn?t give me what I ordered in any way. Need new workerswho actually listen to their customers. Read more
Went this morning clearly stated what I wanted said the meal. I was charged separately for everything I ordered Not once but... twice I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich. Never again will I be going to that location. The person who made my sandwichsaid I was over charged. I wasn't waiting around to have her Hopefully make what I ordered. Said forget it and left. I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon. It came with 4 slices, neatly stacked on top of each other. So, 3/4 of my sandwich had no... bacon. The employee who made it tossed it on the counter and turned away. I had to ask if it was my sandwich as there were otherpeople in line waiting for food. Terrible service! Read more
