Staff needs training, And supervision. No callouts, no org behind the counter. No communication between staff. Leading to alot... of mistakes and wrong items being sent. I hope it gets better but this is not the first time. Read more
No line up fast service. But....only ordered coffee, two donuts and a muffin and passion fruit tea lemonade quencher. However... got home ready to enjoy my quencher only to find it was diluted iced coffee. Almost puked because I hate coffee. Reallydisappointed in attention to detail. Read more
Myself and family are very frequent customers of Tim Hortons, however as much as I hate to leave this review, as I know Tanya... and Russ are doing their very best, the service is horrible, especially the one closest to our home on Brockville street...EVERYTIME we seem to have an issue with at least one of our items... today, a bagel... simple order through drive thru, 4 cheesebagel, extra heated with butter and herb and garlic cream cheese... after waiting 10 min in drive thru, got it, ice cold and themess of this thing was disgusting... so I went in, took me another 15 min to be acknowledged if that's what you wanna call itand waited another 10 min for it to be remade and shoved at me!!! There was 4 customers and 1 in drive thru, 1 adult and 6teenagers for what I could say walking around doing nothing but gabbing.... so disheartening if that's what our customer servicehas come to... I work in the customer service industry with owning my own local small business and if this is how myself orstaff behaved, I wouldn't have a business. Read more
I went in at about 5 p.m. and was the only customer there. There were 5 tables with garbage still on them from previous guests.... Very poor sanitary upkeep. The cheese on my grilled cheese sandwich wasn't fully melted. Read more

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. Not sure her name, but there was a tall, blonde, older lady with... glasses who was serving me last week when I went in. I am an 18 year old student and I was babysitting a family of four when iwent into the restaurant. The kids were simply getting a doughnut, and I had talk with them about good behaviour before evenentering the restaurant. To this i was very pleased because The kids were extremely quiet, waited there turn in line, and we?revery well behaved. After placing our order, The kids sat down at a table and the Lady who was serving us gave me a nasty lookand basically threw the bagged donuts at me. I am not being dramatic?. She slammed it on the table and aggressively slid itacross and had I have not put my hand out to stop it,, it would?ve fallen right onto the floor. she aggressively walked away andwhen she came back (about five minutes later not acknowledging that I was still standing there), I simply said ?Sorry tobother you but can i please have a knife?? It was at this point where she stopped and squinted at me. Very obviously Rolled hereyes, and turned around with a snarl. I was disgusted because the kids and I did absolutely nothing to deserve this type ofcustomer service. I don?t usually like writing angry reviews but I was in disgusted with the way that this woman had treated me. Others in the restaurant noticed, and made a comment to me as well, Apologizing and saying it was wrong. I understand we areall trying our hardest during these times but there?s no excuse for this type of behavior. Keep in mind The restaurant wasextremely quiet and there was absolutely nobody in the drive-through and about three other people in the restaurant. Do betterplease!! Read more
