I love this place always friendly and faster than any other restaurant in Smiths Grove
Clean and quick, and handled an issue with another customer pretty succinctly in front of me. The drive through is kinda wacky... so keep that in mind - you approach from the front left of the building. The food is made well and is tasty - good taco bellsare a good find, imo. On the way home, great place to stop quickly and plentiful. The very nice hostess who took my order was very polite and kind... from start to finish even gave some great recommendations. But I know I have my mind focused on the Mexican pizza since it isback on the menu. And when I got to the window to pay for my meal again it was very hospitable from the start all the way to theend and gave a nice warm welcome to a nice ending of having a safe night and a safe drive home. We frequent taco bell weekly. But we usually go to the one in the town over due to this location in the past messing up our... order. Today was no different. In fact much worse. We took a chance and sent my mother. At first, she ordered wrong and when shegot to the window she handed them the paper it was written on so they would have it right. They ended up giving us an extra itemsince they had started making it at the speaker while she was ordering. The woman at the window was rude and my mother isgetting over neurological issues due to a recent accident she was in. She couldnt understand her clearly because of that fact,thats another reason why my mother gave her the paper at the window to ensure everything was correct. When I called back I askedwho I was speaking to. The manager was instantly rude. Just told me he was the manager and didnt give me a name. I explained tohim the problem and the extra item. He insisted the order was correct because he made it. Even though the order was in front ofme and clearly wrong. He also acted like it was okay due to the extra item. Which I didnt understand. He also kept rudelyinterrupting me and raising his voice when I was trying to speak and the woman in the background kept insisting it was right aswell. The problem could have been easily handled. But they picked another route over a $43.00 order. They also put 8 emptyQuesadilla bags inside our order for some reason. Which I couldn't explain to the manager since he was talking over me. We willbe contacting corporate over how rude and disrespectful the manager and employee was to their costumers. Especially to acostumer with a health condition. Read more
Stopped here traveling from Kentucky to Mississippi. I was already back on i65 and 10 miles away before I realized they served... me a chicken chalupa and not beef although the order on the receipt was correct. After waiting 20 minutes for the food, my $13was wasted and I was left hungry. Called and no apology or refund was issued. Read more

Update your times if anything for truck drivers. It's 1023 pm and according to the time on google your restaurant is opened.... It's not drive thru is. From working at restaurants with drive thru I know it's not permitted to order on foot from the drivethru. I'm so glad I wasn't hungry for something that wasn't in a can Read more
Visited the Smiths Grove location at around 11:30 am on a weekday. They were timely, courteous and very clean. They weren't... "busy" but steady and kept up with orders, wiping down tables, etc. Food was fresh, not too skimpy on filling and ladiesrestroom facilities were clean. I would return with no doubts. Read more
