Not to good today, I had better from there. Not the friendliest people there. Need to work on good customer service... skills. They don't take their own coupons, its always a problem when I try to use the internet coupon. Have taken it in thepast. I guess it depends on their mood. Read more
I'm going to give this 4 stars because the Pizza is truly delicious. However, the staff is incredibly rude. I ordered online on... Christmas Eve and came in to pick it up. It was very busy, as expected and very loud so I clearly misheard what the woman behindthe counter said multiple times. It wasn't until we were getting the wrong order (4 pizzas, i had ordered only two and a cheesebread) and had essentially paid a second time that I realized what happened. The woman checking me out got super indignant andproceeded to complain to which the lady I had misheard while her back was still to us, continued to say "I asked her and shesaid yes" They went and got someone from the back. And he was very nice. To make things easier I even offered to let my paymentride in the spirit of Christmas Eve. I can't even begin to imagine what it would have been like had I requested a refund! We were on our way home and stopped to get gas at our favorite station while we're on the road, and decided to try their pizza.... It had been 30+ years since we'd had Godfather's, and it didn't disappoint! I also got an order of wings, and they were good!The staff was nice, and helpful, and it was clean. Read more
Ordered a large pizza Half all meat half classic .... first they declined to do so stating the pizza may not cook evenly then... when asked if they cook the two pizza differently they said no they both run the same amount of time 8 min which is correct as Ihave worked in several pizza places before . Then when we got our receipt we noticed an extra charge for A COMBO MINI CHEESTICKSwhich we didn't order 6.79 upcharge by the way ... and when explained they said that's the only way to ring up a substituteditem on the pizza in which I substituted beef and sausage for green peppers and ham NO ADDITION just a SUBSTITUTION and we gotupcharged an additional $6.79 .... won't be coming back here rather go to MARCOS OR GODFATHERS IN SAVANNAH GA Read more
