This place isn't very good. The kid that made and gave me my coffee literally said vanilla iced coffee, so he understood what I... ordered, but gave me a coffee without vanilla in it, just cream. The guy that put my "assorted munchkins" together gave me 20funky tasting regular ones and 5 chocolate... Then asked me my order number, looked confused, set what he had in his hands downand walked away without saying anything. They were mine. Hopefully they get better over time but I don't think I'll be comingback to this location. Read more
Horrible experience here, customer service sucked and the cherry on top is that I ordered a hazelnut latte and they gave me a... large cup with just milk. No coffee. No hazelnut. Super disappointed at this location. Read more

I want to thank the employee guy with the black mask that took care of my payment when my card got declined in the drive thru... this morning around 8:30-8:45 this is the importance of having cash. I Had funds in the account but we all been there when acard issue arises and only few bucks on hand or no cash on hand. You know who you are my order was a lg frozen mocha coffee andlg frozen hazelnut coffee and 1 bacon egg cheese bagel and 1 ham egg and cheese bagel. I was already told that the customer service was terrible at this location, but I decided to give it a try anyways. I waited in... the drive thru for 10 minutes, with only 1 car in front of me, just for them to tell me he wasn?t sure if they had any blueberrymuffins and to pull around. I've now been to this location several more times since the last, and they're fast now. My order is taken as soon as I pull up... to the speaker, and I haven't had to wait more than a couple minutes for my order. The food tastes fine, and my drinks (usuallya frozen mocha with one or two turbo shots) are flavorful. This Dunkin' has definitely gotten better overall. Read more
I have said something multiple times about these new lids. But the fact that I just spilt Super hot coffee all over my legs and... hands because the lid came off is clearly a problem. If you don?t fix this soon your going to be looking at a lawsuit fromsomeone way more unhappy then me. Read more
