Service was great not so much for food some salty some ok nothing crazy

Awesome lunch for a really great price. A great value, with large portions in the lunch boxes. I had the shrimp and scallop... teriyaki. The teriyaki sauce was packed with flavor. The scallops were cooked perfectly which I don't always find to be thecase. The servers were attentive, but not overly friendly. I would definitely go back for more. Read more

There are lots of places for sushi in the area but this place is absolutely the best.The flavors, presentation, and variety are... outstanding. Tasty cocktails, too. Everything tastes really fresh and prepared with care. Nice decor and good service. Theymake the most exquisite shumai and scallop sushi. Heavenly. Favorite rolls are Mango Madness, Roll 53 and Magic. It's not cheap,but the prices are reasonable for such well prepared, delicious food. Read more

Sushi Lunch special <$14> with Shrimp Tempura mango rolls instead of California rolls for $2xtra. Sushi lunch went up a buck... since last year which is to be expected. Large hot saki <$10> with it was good too! Would have given a 5, but the waiter was abit quick removing my nearly finished hit saki bottle. Happy they are open for dine in again! Read more

My wife and I were looking forward to eating at Aji 53 since we had heard great reviews. At least it has a nice... decor. Unfortunately, we were given a new waitress who was greatly lacking in experience. She was not familiar with the menu.When our meal arrived, we had to ask for Wasabi, which took a while. I had to ask her for my beer two times, so of course I wascharged for two beers. (No, I did not pay for two) I ordered a main course of Sesame Tuna. Which cost $25 for a very smallportion. My meal was served on a very large plate and pushed all the way to one side. It gave the perception that something wasmissing. Unfortunately Aji53 was very underwhelming and we will not be back.
