Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The bagel was also very good.
Nice, friendly staff, clean facility. The bagels need a little work, they were skinny & powdery tasting.
I ordered online to pick up and my service dropped so I called back. The same gentleman answered and was very nice and patient,... took my order and I forgot to ask for salt, pepper and ketchup on my egg sandwich and he kindly asked if I wanted to add it sokudos for the attention to detail. I arrived and parking is sufficient and it?s right off the main road so it?s easy to access.The Chinese lady greeted me at the counter and was genuinely nice and warm toned and asked if I was there for pick up. Mybreakfast was ready and she rung me up for $6 and offered me a free coffee which I declined. They sue take debit with a $5minimum and they use a modern payment device so no pin is needed if you don?t mind that and paying is instant so no waiting onthat end either, I was in and out in less then 3 min. The place had a decent amount of seating and was very clean and thecustomers seemed to be enjoying themselves. This place is a winner and sets the bar high for the other establishments in thearea. I ordered an everything bagel with 2 fried eggs, sausage and pepper jack cheese (my only critique would be that they didput a very thin slice of cheese I would have liked to taste more of it) and it was delicious. 7/21/21 - I went in with my girlfriend, ordered a bagel with cream cheese and jelly, they charge me $3.99 and I received a bagel... with almost no cream cheese and the jelly was all over the place, I had to go to the bathroom and wash my hands due to the jellynastiness and then demand a refund for this horrendous bagel. The more concerning issue, was the fact that I saw a bald manworking there, who was peeling potatoes in the back with no gloves on also while eating and drinking. Then I see the same baldman come to the front, to cook eggs for a customer - again with no gloves on. That is beyond unsanitary and I believe violatesNYS health codes. My husband and I come here quite often and order the same thing. For the last 8+ months, every time we ordered it would be a... different price. Today was the tipping point when it came to over $17 for 2 bagels with spread and 2 Snapple?s. We called outthe clerk and said there was no way it was that much. She redid the order and it was $1 less. We asked for a receipt andeverything was logged as a ?custom order?. We said you?re just making up prices and it sad because we?re repeat customers. Truly don?t know how anyone could rate this place under 5 stars. Sparkling clean & kind workers. First of all if the price is... what the problem is- you get what you pay for. The food is quality and cooked to perfection. My husband and I ordered eggsandwiches here and they were literally the best (with no exaggeration) the absolute best bagels we have ever had on the islandor anywhere else. Over the course of my life living on the island I have tried countless bagel stores and this place is just topnotch. Will never go anywhere else again. Bravo bagel express. Read more
Not really a fan of how the lines are set up. I was waiting in the undesignated area to order for about 5-10minutes while... several employees walked past me without asking if I needed to order. I walked to the register to order and was told to go standin the other area if I wanted to order. All I wanted was 2 bagels and they couldn't even write it down, I had to walk back tothe other side and wait again for someone to ask me what bagels I wanted.
