I ordered my daughter?s birthday cake here, unfortunately got sick and had to request a different date for a pick up. I dealt... with Teresa who was so kind and extremely understanding. She communicated with me by email, put me so at ease about having toreschedule, and overall was so nice and helpful, the cake came out beautiful and I couldn?t thank Teresa enough for being sosweet! Well I always go to the one on 347 and 454, but it was getting late and would not make it on time as they close at 10pm. So I... go here and get what i always get for my family and my sundae's were all 3/4 full..lol . I didnt want to say anything to theyoung girl and embarrass her so I just took my very empty sundae's that cost me more than 2 pies and went home to show myfamily..Maybe they should get trained by the staff from the carvel i go to all the time as they Load the hell out of thesundae's and thats why they have a big line all the time.. you get your moneys worth. Dont ever trust what time they say they close. If you were hopeing to get ice cream 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE. Nope dont even... try, girl will walk out and call you annoying for coming so late for ice cream. You would think if a place says open until acertain time online and on the front of the store, they would be open until that time. Sure hope they didnt get payed in fullfor that extra half hour.
