Excellent grandma pizza! Found this place last minute fairly late at the night, and lucked out. Great find!
I called and asked if they give school discounts. They were very rude to me on the phone. They offered to give me $2 off each... pie. $90 for 5 pies. Kept giving me an attitude on the phone. I brought my business elsewhere and was able to get 5 pies for$60 for my preschool. Will not be going back to this pizzeria. I will not be recommending parents to this pizzeria I will directthem elsewhere. Very RUDE. Read more
One of the hardest things about moving from Queens to Long Island was having to say good-bye to my beloved pizza parlor of... thirty plus years. But then I found this gem of a place. I have been enjoying their pizza for years now and just recently beganusing them to cater food for my church and for personal events such as my son's recent graduation party. Tony the owner sat downwith me and went over all the details. He helped me with choices offering his guidance on what to order and how much to order.As he explained it "you want enough food for people to be able to eat and then pick throughout the evening". And he was right! Itold him the number of guests I would be having and put it in his hands, and he gave me just the right amount of food to lastinto the night with almost no leftovers to clean up! Perfect!!!! And yes, it was delivered on time, and piping hot. Thecompliments regarding how delicious everything was kept coming, as everyone asked where I got the delicious food. As a Chicagon I used to think Chicaho pizza is the ultimate pizza and I always used to make fun of "only cheese pizza", like... cheese pizza is not sophisticated enough but then I experienced and tasted this cheese pizza and I will have to admit thischeese pizza is just absolutely delicious. Best pizzeria in the area. Good service, excellent Sicilian and regular slices. My favorite is the regular with meatball. The... other counter food is also very good. I pass about 10 pizzerias on my way from my office Ciro's for lunch. Always worth it. Read more
