Always have an issue with this dunkin donuts. Today was the last time ill ever spend my money here. The young girls that work... there need to learn some manners. Passing my sons nesquik through the window it dropped to the ground/pavement. I asked foranother one after I got out of the car and picked it up. Another girl comes to the window and snaps at me... " well how did itfall?" Gives me a had time about getting me a new one. That i even had to tell her. I don't understand why you want to argue. Smithtown dunkin employs staff that are nasty and makes assumptions about customers. They have staff that don't understand what... it means lightly toasted lightly buttered. Every time I've gone there and asked for a bagel lightly toasted lightly butteredthey either over butter it where there is melted butter in the bag or some part of the bagel is burnt like charcoal. I don'tunderstand what they don't get. I don't have this problem at any other dunkin. Read more
