I went in to get a donut. When I went in, no one was at the front counter. Had to wait a couple minutes, which is no issue. The... person who eventually came to help me was on their phone, had to wait for her to get off her phone, and then she took my order.Then, she went and got my donut, without even cleaning her hands before touching my food and bag. Touching the white piece ofpaper to help get the donut and then putting that in the bag as well is extremely unsanitary when you've been on your phoneright before. I threw the donut out. Then, I went to tell them about this. The woman who rang me up lied and told me her phonewas charging in the back when I literally saw her on her phone right before she took my order. I then asked to speak with amanager, and they said no one was available at the time. I will grant that the other 2 people I dealt with about the situationwere nice and professional. I understand people make mistakes, but do not lie about something that a customer literally saw. Ifyou are going to ring people up and give them food, clean your hands before doing so. I will never go back to this location -other Dunkin Donuts in the area have better sanitary standards. Read more
You need to take care of that restroom. Regardless of your service and the general cleanliness of your store, if your restrooms... are nasty like that then chances are that your staff are not following the best sanitary practices. Read more
On Dec 28, I placed a mobile order for coffee, bagel, and dozen donuts. I pulled up to the window and was given the coffee and... bagel. I drove away and as I got on to Rt 347, I realized I hadn't been given the dozen donuts. Dumb, right? Not exactly. Thedonuts were for the nurses at the Hospice Inn. My mind was on getting to my father asap. I returned to the store since I hadpaid and, I knew my mother would be very disappointed that the nurses would not get a tank you. I entered the store, explainedI hadn't received the dozen. I was asked "how could you forget and why did drive away". I explained that my concern at the timewas getting to Hospice as my father was dying. "Just give me the donuts please". No apology given. She called for manager. Iexplained again. Again, I was questioned, with no apology for their mistake. This time I said "my father is dying, just giveme the f...king donuts!!!" Manager went off on me for using bad language, threatened to call cops, and banned me from everreturning. No condolences, no apologies. My father died 2 days later. Read more
Love the egg sandwiches here. I rarely get breakfast from Dunkin, as it always tastes rubbery. But this particular store clearly... does something different, as the egg omlette tastes delicious! Read more
Never again. Not enforcing their own mask policy, as employees not wearing masks. Placed an order ahead of time for pick up.... Went in and still waited 10 minutes despite only 2 people in front of me. Finally get to the register and none of the order wasready. They hand me the bags and I rush to the car as we?re already late only to discover they forgot half our order. Moneythrown away. Read more

Absolute worse. Not a care at all. Just kids messing up orders. Had bad experience.. tried again and regret it.. There's a... special $1medium coffee with sandwich they charged full price.. the bagel was burnt and hard as a rock. But was barely warm??Disgusting. Never again. We always go there for ice-cream but the last couple of times I get there before 9 pm, the lights are still on and there's no... one to help you. Last night I went thru the drive thru at 8:36 pm and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting until I decide todrive up to the window and see 2 people cleaning up but not attending the drive thru. I just drove away. It says online thatyour hours of operation are until 9pm. you may want to block the drive thru or put a cone if you are closed.
