I ordered mussels with angel hair pasta, it was horrible, the pasta they call angel hair is, I kid you not, the little cut up... pasta you get In a box of Lipton chicken noodle soup. The sauce was so greasy there was a pool of oil on the bottom of the dish,my friend could not eat her hamburger, it was like cardboard. Her husband got a shrimp salad platter, no bread basket, and thebread sticks that they gave , 2 pieces, were stale. Our 3 dinners were 78 dollars with the tip and we will never go back thereagain I'm in Smithtown and I will drive to the Hauppauge diner the next time we are meeting for dinner. We were skeptical to come here. But it was pleasantly surprising. The food was so good. Great portions and great tasting. The... staff was super warm and welcoming. And they had a nice playlist of music. Really can't go wrong! Read more
Honestly speaking I feel they?re a bit overpriced. However I don?t usually go here. Four meals, Grilled Cheese with fries,... Chicken fingers with fries, Veggie wrap with fries, chicken wrap with fries, 3 iced teas, a cup of tea, and sweet potato fries.My wife, granddaughter,and I thought it only came with Coleslaw and a pickle that?s why we ordered fries. Our server had the Mr. T starter kit around her neck. She took our orders fast and then that was basically the last time we saw... her. She actually took a call while serving us and it was definitely social. There should be a no cell phone while working. Giveyour family your jobs number to call in case of emergency. The food is, meh.
