Worst Starbucks ive ever been too. Had to ask for a refund of the two coffees we ordered because after 15 min saw no attempt to... make them. After 5 min we got the two breakfast items and asked for the coffee. Oh sorry we are short staffed? but then afteranother 10 min, I see the one girl on her cell phone and the other two chatting and the last two were the only two actuallyworking. I just said give me a refund NOW. Should have refunded my whole order. They also didn?t take my name and onlineordering was unavailable for that location. Drive thru line was blocking traffic. It's be careful about buying inside; had to give up after waiting 10 minutes after paying for drip coffee. Unlike most Starbucks... they didn't fill the drip straight away, but put me in some sort of queue *without taking my name*. I'm pretty sure the peoplebehind me accidently walked out with my coffee, but it's impossible to say. I've used the drive thru before without anyproblems. The staff were polite but unhelpful. The Green tea Frappuccino is very good. Get it with Almond Milk, and no whipped!
Having some worker issues. Items are made a little different each time with each different employee making it, but close enough.... The drive thru splits and confuses many, not sure they know how its supposed to work either. Line backs into main road, needsto be addressed. Read more
There is a gentlemen who works the drive through almost every morning ? I believe his name is Ed. He makes everyone feel... important and getting my coffee from him truly makes my morning. My coffee is always perfectly made, too! Thank you!! Read more
Imagine paying $6.25 for a large pumpkin spice latte and it?s barely 3/4th filled and when you call for a refund and to complain... they tell you they can?t do it over the phone, and when you ask for a manager, there none on duty? Impossible because I work inthe food bussiness. Thanks Starbucks you guys are just great! Especially Emily! The shift lead that was no help and told me togo to ANOTHER Starbucks and they?ll give me the same drink for free because they messed up? Never heard of such thing and I?mnot gonna waste more gas and money. Read more
What a great way to leave a local business! Just had the friendliest girl help me. Alaina was cheery, friendly and spoke like... she enjoyed her job. She is as so pleasant I was taken back. As a union member since 1972, I think Starbucks is disgusting when it comes to their employees. If they want to Unionize, they... are threatened, targeted and sometimes they will CLOSE that store so they can't join a union . That's horrible. Read more
