I wish I could have given them 0 star. Extremely rude staff, doesn't give you what you ask for. I placed online order twice when... I reached there they said there is something wrong in the system and they didn't receive it so I had to wait there for 15minutes. Then they told me I could order there and use my online coupon, but when I was about to pay they refused to accept thecoupon. After 30 minutes of wait I had to pay double the amount. The staff is so rude they didn't even listen what I was sayingand rushed through the next order. I hope their manager can read this and teach a little professionalism to their extremely rudestaff. I still haven't received my money back from the cancellation of online order (which is due to error in their system). SoI paid 2 times more for a poor service and subway. Read more
Extremely rude service. I asked for fresh mozzarella got shredded and when I said that isnt what I wanted the man behind counter... got nasty, then threw the mozzarella cheese off my wrap and charged me for the extra cheese i didnt want and he took off thewrap with an issue in the first place. This particular Subway is (too cheap) to be consistent with all other Subways and does not serve breakfast sandwiches all day.... Lame...might as well just make up their own menu if they're not going to follow standards of the company. Read more
Placed an order on door dash last week for two heros. I put toasted bread and selected Italian bread. Door dash picked up the... order and delivered it to us. The bread was not toasted on either hero and they gave us plain bread, without even letting usknow. Unfortunately they're the only subway in our area. We decided to give them another try so about 10 minutes ago I calleddirectly to kindly explain to toast the bread and to ask if they had the Italian bread before placing the order on doordash. Iwas very nice and kindly explained what happened last time. As I was in the middle of talking, the girl hangs up in my face andthen wouldn't answer the phone when I called back, so now I know it was intentional. I can promise everyone reading this, I waspolite and courteous. This place is clearly run by morons. Honestly, what kind of business hangs up on a customer giving them anorder? If the service is this horrible, I can only imagine how they serve the food. Stay away from this place! Read more
There should be an option for 0 stars. Ordered online for convenience and ended up hungry. When I got home and opened my turkey... sub I saw that it had tuna instead of turkey! And it was super messy and mushy. Couldn't even pick it up without it falling allapart. Read more
