I went this morning to get my usual, chai banana with peanut butter. Not a single taste of peanut butter in the smoothie. When I... mentioned, the owner was extremely rude. Told me she would show me the camera that she put it in. Refused to accommodate me inanyway. I was never treated so poorly, and my smoothie tasted absolutely terrible. I have been to this location many times.....always friendly, great customer service. My smoothie is always perfect, the owner... even makes suggestions to try different smoothies. Just an overall great experience everytime. Five star rating for the ownerand staff!!!!!!! Read more

So I ordered from Uber eats I order my usual Detox Island green shake as well as my turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Usually I have... a good experience with them but this time not so much. The sandwich they put out is unacceptable the bun of the sandwich wasstale, The turkey did not taste fresh didn’t taste any ranch dressing that usually goes on it. So when I called to speak tothe manager I was told that the manager wasn’t in and they have a shift leader. Hung up call back again and asked to speak tothe shift leader she tells me she is why wouldn’t you tell me that at the beginning so it makes me feel that she was hidingthat was she was an authority figure and not even an apologize at the sandwich was unacceptable. Great place. Nice staff and delicious food. We ordered to eat in, our food was out within 5 minutes. They have highchairs for... toddlers. The kid's menu was pretty convenient too. Read more
Lid on cup was broken. Went to pick up from the top, the whole thing slipped and spilled everywhere. My workplace orders from... this location every so often, owner refused to give me her name over phone or make me whole. Was willing to overlook the littlethings like not all wraps being labeled nor either of the smoothies. Bad process all around stemming from ownership down. Read more
Fresh tasty food and smoothie. Very busy for lunch today, they did great job of keeping the line moving. Maybe just a touch on... the pricey side for lunch (Thai chicken salad and a smoothie - $12). For the freshness and flavor, mostly worth it. Goodservice, nice clean upbeat atmosphere. Read more
Kudos to Marco!!! I came in struggling with my bag and my walker, feeling the pain today Marco smiled as he greeted me, took my... order. I sat down to wait. Marco came out with my order and brought it straight to where I was sitting so that I could rest andnot have to struggle back up to the counter.
