Smithville JJs has fast delivery and pretty decent food like every jjs. The bread is a bit better than subways since it fits in... the Hand better and has a better texture to it. It's probably is the best sub place in smithville at the moment as subway, I cansay, is doing so hot. One major disappointment I have with this place is the staff. Everyone is okay but there was one workerwho is a furry. If there is one thing I don't want in my sandwich, it's fur. Read more
The food is good most of the time but the service isn?t all that great. If you want to get food from here go through the drive... thru. A lot of the times I?ve been here the workers aren?t at the front able to take your order. Not just coming from me, someof my friends share similar experiences as well. You?ll get better service on the one off of North Oak. Read more
Fast service, great staff that seemed genuinely happy to be there (can't say how big of a difference this makes) really good... sandwich. Always happy to return also the ranch is the bomb! Read more
I love Jimmy Johns but this location is noooottttt it! They completely made my sandwich wrong so I drove back there and they... remade it. Then I drove home and my sandwich was wrong again (I should?ve checked it but I shouldn?t have to lol). Then when Icalled the manager was extremely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her by wanting my order to be correct. Horrible location. Extremely disappointed. AVOID THIS STORE JUST GO SOUTH TO THE ONE ON NORTH OAK. I have been through there 3... times and all 3 times they messed up my order. Today my girlfriend got a sandwich from there after I told her not to because Iknew they would mess it up but she went anyways and big surprise, they gave her a completely different sandwich than what sheordered so she drove back up there and they gave her the wrong sandwich again so she called the store and she explained whathappened but in the background we could hear the manager complaining about us and yelling that they made it right and we arewrong. Eventually the manager took the phone and said "I'm sorry what's your problem?" and said yeah we gave you the wrongsandwich but we didn't charge you for the second one and I replied yes, we got the second sandwich for free but it is still notwhat I payed for. I payed for a sandwich and I still have not received the sandwich I payed for instead I have received twoincorrect sandwiches. She hung up on me. Forgot meat on our sandwiches. Manager over the phone just that that was annoying and would remake them. I get back to the store... and no one comes to the counter for 5 minutes yet all 7 workers stared at me. Put meat on my sandwiches and didn't offer anyother solution. Will not return. Read more
Super disappointed with the new location here in Smithville. I?ve always been one to be completely understanding with the... staging issues in the world BUT this is not the THIRD time I have attempted to get food from this location and I get all the wayand it?s 100% completely wrong.
