I hope take out is better, was told 20 minutes and an hour later cold and not what we ordered
The pizza is always good, but the delivery is NEVER on time, it?s usually 30-45 minutes PASSED the delivery time. Most of the... time I have to call and then it?s here within 10 minutes. I've lived in Smithville for 25 years and have tried every pizza we offer here. In my opinion, Pizza Hut is by far the best!... Every time I even see a Pizza Hut box, I have to get some. Read more
Came on a busy weekend night. Expected to wait and would not have minded if I did because I saw how everyone was on their feet... working hard to get things done. Turned out, I did not have to wait too long at all and I enjoyed my delicious pizzas at home.Customer service was great too. Will keep ordering for sure. Read more
Absolutely no communication between staff, absurdly long wait times, and would rather unplug the phone then talk to customers... asking where their delivery order is. I waited nearly two hours for my takeout order, being told multiple times that it wascoming up soon. After all the waiting, it turns out that my order got mixed up and my pizza hadn't even been made yet. Read more
They were horrible. First, the lady on the phone when I called to inquire about where our pizza was, was rude, and They use Door... dash and not their own drivers so my pizza didn?t get to our house until 2 hours after we ordered it because they were waitingfor the driver to come up from Beamsville.
