This morning I went to the tim hortons in smithville and ordered an everything bagel, toasted with butter, an iced capp and a... coffee for my mother and I. Slow drive-thru, but that's mostly from locals ordering their groceries through the drive thru speaker opposed to going inside.... Hey, common sense isn't for everyone but the staff aren't to blame. They're actually very nice people. Read more
Probably the worst Tims for wait times.i actually drove away without getting to order last time I visited. I was only the car in... the drive through and was never acknowledged via the speaker. Got frustrated and left. Orders are often incorrect/missingsomething items. The wait times are so horrendous that it?s not even worth going back & getting them to correct it. More oftenthan not the new employees lack any form of customer service skills and just shove your food at you without so much as a helloor good bye. They?re very cold and often have scowls on their faces. You can tell which employees have been there awhile becausethey?re are least nice and on it with the orders. Those employees are the ones keeping the place going for sure. It?s rare youget one who knows what they?re doing though. Not sure why this location can?t retain employees? They never have enough staff andit?s clear there?s something going on behind the counter management/or company wise. It?s just not what it used to be. Read more

I work near this Tim Horton's and occasionally stop for a tea or a breakfast. I have been there much more than often this week,... 4 times, and 3 of those times was given the wrong food item. 25% accuracy is not good for any business - please train yourstaff!
