Haven't been in a while because of bad order fulfilling. Gave it another chance and once again was shorted part of my order.
It was The Bomb, we were on are way home and pulled into the parking that was empty so we asked these two young men if it was... open and the said ya they had been cleaning and believe it or not the place looked great smelt clean,I was impressed by both thestory and the young men took care of use another couple and the drive through evan door dash, those young men made everythingfresh chicken strips the Best around ,fresh fries everything spot on and didn't evan see or hear manager direct them,I know itsfast food but done right (which these young fellows did) its Damn Good fast food, well done guys and gals Read more
This place was once the gem of Smithville even though its fast food. While the food is still very good their service has waned... drastically over the years. I'm not sure if it's management or the lack of decent workers available these days but I've beenvery disappointed every time I've eaten here in recent memory. 3 stars due to the food quality still being good. I am usually a Hardee's fan. This time I was truly disappointed. I ordered one of there $6 hot ham and cheese sandwich meals... they have for one of their meal deals. To go. When I opened the bag and took out the sandwich I was shocked to find thesmallest hot ham and cheese sandwich that I thought it was a mistake thinking they gave me a kids one. So I called them that Iordered the original hot ham and cheese meal and that sandwich is th size of what an original was. I asked if thy were kiddingand they said no. I said this is the size of what a junior would be for a kids meal they said it is what they call an original.I suggested that they needed to let the customers know that from now on. So please be advised if you get the $6 meal with theoriginal hot ham and cheese you might want to order a second sandwich to go with it. Had a promo that the rewards app would not allow me to use. The store worker was able to apply the promo and give me the order... I was looking forward to eating. My husband and I enjoyed our burgers and fries. Hot and cooked to perfection! Read more
I've always gotten my orders very quickly and very accurately you have the option of using their computers out in the dining... area, or you can speak with one of the cashiers directly for your order, I usually recommend using the terminals in that area,it's a great place to stop for breakfast after work for those that work third shift, Family friendly, clean, and a great placeto hang out with friends and family Fruit loop lovers beware because donuts. Clean place, friendly employees. I don't eat here a lot but when I do I've never really had any issues w/anyone. Food is always... good & what I ordered. Sometimes when crowded the wait time when dining in can be a little long & drive thru is usually quickbut it depends on the day & what manager & employees are working.
