Never do I ever leave bad reviews, but today has been the worst experience with Papa John?s ever. I called for assistance with... my order since it was incorrect, our pizza wasn?t right, we didn?t get our extra sides, and the pizza was not cut. When I calledfor a new pizza and told them I just wanted to exchange it for what I ordered, I heard the new ?manager? and an employee arguingin the back ground and revived no help. Awesome service every time! I, too, ordered the first day they opened. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, however that's... expected. Opening night was a disaster. Waited over 2 hours. Told twice my order was being made and coming out in 15 minutes. Never got... pizza that night. Decided to order again tonight. It was great. 2 pizzas and a papadia. Excellent food and the lady at checkoutwas friendly. Read more

Ordered a large thin crust the works online for take out. Get home with the pizza and there is no pepperoni, mushrooms, or black... olives on the pizza.
