The Smithville Tn Sonic is the worst I?ve ever been to. Every time I go they either are out of what you want, it takes them... forever to get your order to you or they get your order wrong. Today after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order Iwaited 25 minutes on my order to come. After I ask them if there was a problem with my order she said ?oh I was about to bringit?. She brought it and it was at best slightly warm. It?s something every time. Don?t waste your time people! Read more

If I could give zero stars I would or even negative if I could I pulled up at 11 AM along with other cars next to me as time... goes by there?s three other cars next to me in an out within the matter of 10 minutes comes on 1145 and I press the button andtell them that I?ve been there for 45 minutes and they say oh your food is actually on its way out needless to say they prettymuch forgot my food because when the girl brought it it was cold as ever I told her to bring it back and then I press the buttonagain and talk to a guy and told him don?t have that girl waste her time because I have been there for going on an hour I don?tneed to wait another hour this place is absolutely horrible every time I?m there even if I just order a drink it takes 20+minutes Read more

after browsing these reviews all i have to say is, ask yourself, are you the type of person to build people up or tear them... down? in regards to this business they have delivered some of the quickest fast food experiences i?ve had the pleasure ofordering. on the other hand i have also noticed a delay sometimes and i personally know this is because they are 9/10 timesshort staffed. i would love to draw attention to the fact that unlike other fast food restaurants over 25 orders can come in allat once which can be much more difficult than a normal drive thru line. something i also personally know are the speakers whichcustomers talk through can be very unclear and make words very hard to decipher. i always find that checking my order on thescreen as they ring it up will fix any discrepancies. while i know i am the customer and am there to be the one served, beingcourteous, patient, and understanding always gets me 5 star service. THESE ARE PEOPLE AS WELL. i will continue to support thisbusiness even if everyone in smithville decides not to because i can acknowledge that some of these workers are payed minimumwage and even this job can be very demanding. thanks you smithville sonic for trying your best in the midst of thischaos!!!???????????? At Smithville TN location...they always take forevererrr to get the food! First a 5 to 10 mins wait to even hear from anyone... after pushing the red button....and then a 20 min wait for food. And just for 3 piece chicken strips and small tots ????...andTHEN they ask for a tip for such snail service?? I dont think so!! Read more

Over the past 22+ years, we have supported Sonic Drive-in in Smithville... unfortunately, that ends as of today!!! Over the past... 6 weeks, we have experienced some of the worst service/ customer service I have ever experienced, fast food or otherwise!!Today, I went to Sonic to get some ice cream products, particularly Sonic Blasts. When I arrived, there were only 9 vehicles installs at the time. I pulled in, pressed the button and was met with a statement... "I'm sorry, we are backed up and it will be15 minutes before we can help you. " I decided to stay and in about 15 minutes, there were NO vehicles except my own. I pushedthe button again and the person on the other end asked "how they could help me?" I answered "I would like a large SnickersBlast..." when I was interrupted... "I'm sorry, we're not able to provide any dairy products. " At which time the line wentsilent. I had noticed during my 15 minute wait that there appeared to be only 2 car hops... and they were strolling around likethey were on a beach vacation... no sense of urgency,.. as of there were not a car in the world... a leisurely service eventhough they were supposedly backed up... Like I said before, this is certainly not the first time something like this hashappened... this has become very common.. I didn't reply when I was told about the dairy products... it appears the managementof Sonic in Smithville is going, or has gone the way of McDonalds... it's my last visit to Sonic here... I would spend less timegoing to McMinnville... that's what I will do. I highly recommend you get someone in who can manage and supervise... if not, youmay want to find an alternative source of income... people will not put up with this kind of or lack of service... keep in mind,this type of incident has happened to us at least 3 times in the last 6 weeks.... On your order screen it will tell you when the carhop is on their way, which is not true! In reality when you?re notified that... your order is on its way, you may get your order within the next 20-30 minutes. This has happened to me the last 6 visits that Ihave made there. I understand why they clear the screen so it makes their service time look good. When it says your order is onits way, it should be in your hands within the next minute or so. This Is super frustrating especially when you wait that longand then when you get your order it?s wrong. Read more

Well my wife got a bt not a blt because they forgot the tomatoe on it and i ordered a foot long coney and it was not really hot... and and was very appetizing the only thing that was good was the tater tots so i dont see me or my family coming back Read more
