Their chicken is too small lately don't know what the problem is but corporate needs to do something! Little bit slow!
One thing waited a good 20minutes. No cashier up front had to ask for someone, the service was very slow, asked for fresh fries,... didn't get it. Then had to reheat all my stuff in my oven. Terrible service I got today for the high price. Read more
Most things on there menu are at least $2 above normal prices. The Taco Bell here seems like a total afterthought to the the KFC... that is in the same building. All of your food and drinks will come in KFC packaging. I?ve never gotten a Burrito from here thatwas folded right there has.alway been stuff spilling out. All the employees here seem to only really know how to do stuff forKFC The place just keeps Taco Bell stuff laying around for whenever somebody orders it and then does the bare minimum to gettheir money from the costumer. Grabbed a few tacos for my lovely client and the staff was quick, efficient, and kind. I was noticeably dead beat tired but that... did not stop the girl from being as pleasant as can be. I've never had a problem at this location. Read more
Tacos were on point. The fied chicken looked like fried cornish hens ordered 4 piece dark meat meal got 1 Breast and 1 wing 1... leg 1 thigh not all dark meat, Biscuit could have broken my van window if i had thrown it at it..So PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOODBEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF... My husband and I decided to stop by taco bell / KFC place in Smithville tn. Drive thru was busy and going inside was no waiting.... I went in to order which was very clean and all condiments were stocked. The girl who took my order was new and unsure ofherself. I ordered a crispy cheddar cheese with chicken chalupa for me and my husband a cheesy beef melt and a bean and riceburrito. Got my order went out to our van opened up my chalupa and it wasn't the crispy cheese so I took it in to get the rightone. They brought another one again I go out open up it was the crispy cheese one but not chicken as I ordered. So I go back inagain they comp me a small drink and finally I got the right one.
