This DQ has ALWAYS been sub-par. I moved to Smithville in 1994 & nothing has changed. The phone is never answered post 9pm... though their advertised hours are until 10 pm? Drive up at 9:40 pm this eve & lights off at Drive Thru, doors locked, employeesignoring anyone. When you go during earlier hours you can set your clock by the long wait in line you?ll be experiencing. Food?It?s DQ. Frozen then fried. Ice Cream is pure junk. Yes! I love junk food. So I keep giving the local place a try. Anddisappointment is almost guaranteed. Bastrop DQ at least observes posted hours & have employees that pretend they care. Read more

Great banana split blizzard chocked full of sliced bananas, strawberries, and chunks of pineapple. Delicious.
30 minute wait after the curbside time revealed it was ready. I had to go in and ask about my food and was just told they had no... onion rings. No reason why I waited, food was soggy! Read more
I work here. I'm the cook. Well, I don't usually do the burgers or ice cream. But anything else I cook thoroughly and serve it... up how I believe me and 90% of the community like their food. Come on down to Smithville and try me out. Read more
Went to drive thru. Spent 48$ and when I got home, both taco salads had frozen meat on them that smelled funny and I was minus a... steak sandwich. They never answer so I went up there and staff was rude and pretty much tried to not give us anything to make upfor it . The lady is rude too Read more
