This place was always my favorite go to when I worked in smithville. I would always order the biscuit and gravy for pick up and... the place was welcoming. It's been about 5-6 months since I've visited this place and I was very disappointed with the customerservice I received today. I went up to order my food because I sat at a table for more than 5 minutes waiting on someone ( Inever dined in so I didn't know if you ordered at the counter and then sat down) I ended up going to the counter and there was ayoung lady in a black shirt and a braid inputting a order but never acknowledged that I was standing in front of her. Shefinished inputting her order walked away, walked back to the front where I was still standing there and then proceeded to walkto the back asking for someone else. After several minutes of just standing there, she decided to finally acknowledge me with"what can I get for you?" with a very I have no choice but to help you attitude and made me feel rushed when ordering my food.It was a very disappointing experience because I was very excited to come back to olde world bakery and bring my fiancé for hisfirst time.
