Fries were missing from meal. Ordered rodeo double cheeseburgers and received single hamburger rodeos burgers. Very... disappointing since not first time happened and losing out on the money and wasting lunch break to wait. They really havetrouble following simple orders and instructions and most time rude through the drive thru with the young blonde kid. Stopped in with hubby for lunch. Entering the restaurant, we nearly slide across the whole lobby the floor was so slick. Our... comment on the danger received a shrug and "its humid" from the staff. We'd seen ads for the $5 "Have it your way deal".Unfortunately, upon placing our order, we were told it's "$6 in this market". My bbq bacon burger had maybe a quarter teaspoonof bbq sauce dribbled on one side. The included chicken nuggets were dry and accompanied by truly awful ranch dip. This burger king and it's staff is by far the worst fast food restaurant that I've ever been to! The staff are ignorant and... nasty. They didn't as much as say hi. They didn't even ask what would you like. The cashier literally stood behind the registerand stared me down. When the food was done she slung my food across the counter with absolutely zero remarks! I called thecomplaint phone number and a few days later the owner called me from a blocked number. He left a message with no number. I foundthe number through the name he left but never called back! One star isn't deserved. After a company meeting we wanted to go through the drive-thru to get burgers. In the meantime it had... stormed and afterwards the sky was beautiful. I pulled to the right to get a quick picture. The very unprofessional boyworking the drive-thru starts yelling about how I parked and was just flat out rude. I told him after I done getting my pictureI was coming around to order. Even the customer getting her order heard this and told me to ignore him and he had zero respectfor customers. At that point we said forget it and went to Hardee's instead. The manager on that shift could have cared lesswhen she was notified. It's all good though because I don't have a problem driving to the Dover location, and they really arenicer. The picture I included in this is all I was trying to get before we ordered. They lost out on $30.00 sale. Imagine if amystery shopper was coming to evaluate them and witnessed this. Read more
Very slow service, ordered 2 whopper meals & 2 milk shakes, got milkshakes right away, but it took 15 minutes to get 2 whopper... meals, in the mean time the milk shakes were melting. Like if the foods gonna take that long, than don't get the drinks rightaway. Than live only about 5 minutes away, get home & foods cold. Smyrna Burger King has really gotten bad. I?d I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is absolute garbage. Every time I go here, the crew and management... always have attitudes. The town Facebook page is littered with posts about it. Well I just get off work and I?m craving awhopper. I go through the drive thru and the lady at the speaker was incredibly rude. She kept cutting me off and having anattitude. When I tell her to knock off the attitude, she says goodbye. I pull up to the window and she looks at me and walksaway. I decide to just sit there and wait. Eventually the manager comes by and takes my order and I tell her about myexperience, she doesn?t care. Then rude girl comes to the window with my bag, which only has 1/3 of my order and she says havea good day. I sit there for another couple minutes until the manager comes back. Manager says ?didn?t you receive your food?. I tell her no, there?s only one thing in the bag. She then starts screaming at her employees. I get my food finally and Ileave.
