I enjoy this Dunkin as much as the one near me in Middletown personally, my kiddo loves their specialty donuts, they make her... day. But I just have to say how awesome the staff here is. When I was door dashing one day, I had 2 orders to pick up here, longstory short, there were some issues with me not being able to reach the customers, and the staff here, especially the one ladywas just so nice and helpful. Normally when I have an issue when I'm dashing, the staff at other places just ignore me, but theyseemed to care and they gave me suggestions on what to do and helped me get everything sorted. They even brought the food out tome when I was on the phone with support trying to figure out what to do. They were faster at telling me everything was good togo than the dasher phone support. I mean, they were just so nice, I will definitely stop here for myself and my family whenwe're in the area! Thank you for helping me as a new(ish) dasher! Read more

I ordered a double toasted bagel on 9/6/22 at 10 am. The older lady that made the bagel was very annoyed and rude because I... asked her to double toast my bagel. She told me that it wasn't white as the f I was supposed to be satisfied with it not beingdouble toasted. I told her that I wanted it double toasted and she put it back in and slammed the oven door and mumbled a ruderemark. She needs to learn customer service skills. Read more

Dunkin is my coffee & donuts place, has been since my 1st trip to one when I was a young boy. Everyone has their favorite... place. My only complaint about Dunkin is they removed the counters from their restaurants a long while back. Like most of usfrom my generation we loved going to diners and Dunkin's to sit at the counter, converse with other counter folks. It was agreat experience that I for one miss but times change and we adapt! Thank you Dunkin for your app that guided Me in a drive toFlorida, showing me every Dunkin along Rt 95 having consistent product at all of them. Read more

The register at the front of the store was not working so I had to order where you would usually pickup the food and there was... some confusion. The crew was not communicating with each other and it took about 10 minutes before I could order my food. Thecoffee is always delicious and the food items were ok. Read more

So I did mobile order and granite I understand mornings can be rough because everybody?s trying to get their breakfast before... going to work. I understand it?s busy you?re trying to get things done but my sandwich is not warm at all the cheese is noteven melted as you can see in the picture it?s like they slapped it in for five seconds I know that oven didn?t beep to say it?sdone it?s no way. This is not the first time that I?ve had a sandwich like this. It?s not like I can go back into the buildingand ask for my sandwich to be redone it?s gonna make me late for work so it?s an inconvenience now because my sandwich is prettymuch cold and I can?t eat it before work. The fact this is my 5th time patronizing this location and they don't know what well toasted means and give you the complete... opposite of your request every single time is pathetic. I wasn't even going to do a review because meh but then once again theysay "oh we don't have pennies." It isn't about the pennies. It is about the fact they assume they can just keep peoples changeand its ok. I say to the cashier don't just close your drawer and assume i don't want my change. I say then you should give mea nickel she says that will make my drawer short. I guess my pockets being short is better. Cashier had a bad attitude anddidn't even care to make sure customer was happy. This is what we get as a community for supporting these types of businessesversus small businesses who take customer service seriously. Call me cheap and petty but it is the principle. I will keep my$180 a month. My review will do nothing to them or even make them change their habits because these places could care less butat least i got it off my chest..lol Read more

Always so friendly and on their game!!! When they?re not busy, they do well keeping the place clean! Never had an issue at this... location. It got to the point where they had my coffee ready before I even reached the register because I had lunch hereeveryday! Love the staff! Read more
