Employee didnt even accurately take our order. Gave me "tenders" the size of popcorn chicken and had me wait in the parking lot... for twenty minutes for hard "tenders" and a half full container of fries. Horrible experience!! Read more
Awful, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they were out of the menu item I came for, and were out of other items I asked... for secondarily. Based on parked cars I?m fairly certain there was only 2-3 people working. Read more
Ordered almost $40 in food online. I went through drive thru to pick up and was told I had to come in, they said it was because... someone came through the drive thru and stole someone's food. I could have confirmed the order but they insisted I had to comeinside. Had to take my kids out the car just to walk 5 steps in and grab my food off the counter without any type ofconfirmation that it was actually mine. The fries were cold, the chicken was rock solid, not even crispy like advertised. The"sweet tea" they gave me was absolutely disgusting. There's no way that's sweet tea. This kfc used to be great, I'm not sure what happened but now everytime I visit it's something. Last time I got 2 sides of... mashed and was not given any gravy. This time I was given crispy chicken instead or original recipe. I stop here in the middleof a 2 hour drive to bring my grandmother lunch and it's really frustrating that even when not another person is there theystill cant get my order right. The only reason they still get 2 stars for me is because until 4 to 6 months ago every meal ipicked up here was great. Their hours also do not match was is listed online. Such a terrible place! Do they serve fresh food or do they get the leftovers from others locations. Management should be fired... for allowing such garbage to go out to the customers. Read more
