I'm sorry, but majority (not all) of the employees here just look depressed. I wouldn't go here unless everything else is closed... and you want to be missing half your order. ??????? I think 2 stars is more than generous for this place and I typically leave5 stars without issue. Sadly they were overwhelmed and I had to go in the restuarant to get my curbside order after 15 minutes. The fries and drink... were very good and they apologized when they realized noone took it out to me. Read more
The only issue was there was a car (2 in front of me) in the drive thru that sat there while the second lane of cars were... ordering and moving forward. I felt the cashier might have asked them, so not to hold up the line, to drive around WHEN theywere ready or come inside. People (I) use the drive thru for a QUICK meal. Food was delicious as always. Typical McDonald's experience and typical food. We stopped in for a rest break on a drive up from Virgina. This is one of those... newer "cafe" locations with the self service kiosks. Restrooms were decent, food was ok, service was ok. Not much to share. Wedon't usually stop at McDonald's much anymore (food isn't what it used to be) but it was the first thing we saw and reallyneeded the rest break. This location is about 2 miles off the highway. This evening I decided to try my hand at door dash, I walked into the store at 10:22 and was advised by the gentleman in the... photo (Rodger) that I could not come into the lobby as it was closed and has been since 10 pm. After a few moments of askingwho the actual store owner was as I wanted to reach out tomorrow to complain as the door was unlocked and open, as well as thesign clearly says that the the lobby was open until 10:30. I have no problems with following the rules as should he! The Phillies won and I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with any purchase of a $1 or more. The food was ok. You get what... you pay for. Ordered the chicken sandwich and a mcdouble. The service was fast and the order was correct. They're def skimpy onthe chicken breasts, you're gonna have to double that if you want to compete with Chick fil a or Popeyes. Not bad for aMcDonald's. Went to McDonald's in smyrna de Saturday morning. I ordered a steak meal. I got a steak and a hashbrown literally. I paid for a... meal. I thought I was getting a sandwich. If you want to get your money's worth go to another McDonald's. Sad. I normally getdecent food from here. Read more
