First time ordering here and horrible experience. Pizza was missing toppings and did not have the stuffed crust that I ordered.... Wings were missing! Called and service from manager Ashley was not the best in which she ended up hanging up on me after sayingthere was nothing she could do since I ordered from Door Dash. The absolute worst experience ordering food I've ever had. Multiple times my food has been delivered to the wrong address. I... was hung up on by the staff the most recent time they messed up my order. They canceled my order without notice even after Icalled to tell them I'd pick it up if it was faster. I used to like this place but the last few orders have been off. I believe it is short staffed every time I go in there it?s... just one worker moving as fast as they can which ruins the quality and it?s not really their fault. They are still nice as theyhand you the order. Lastly Brandon Donohue must really like this place to give it 5 stars and probably has nothing to do withhim being the manager there. Read more
Extremely unprofessional business. Ordered take-out for my family. Food was placed on my step, driver did not knock on my door,... ring my door bell, or anything. I find it sitting on my step. However, I am missing items. Would have been nice if the driverwould have knocked so that I could verify and make sure the order was correct. I called the store and told them the situationand the girl on the phone said hold on let me talk to the manager - I could hear them talking. The person who answered my phonecall asked her manager if she could send a driver to send the missing items and I heard the manager say ?are you kidding me?It?s rush dinner time. She can get her stuff but it will be in two hours or we can credit her? however, the credit doesn?t goback to my card. It goes into their system to force me to order from there again which I will never order from this locationever again. I can promise you that one. Smyrna trash at it?s finest. Enjoy my money. Driver shouldn?t be able to keep my tipeither. Not work the $$. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Literally would have taken 10 minutes or less to bring me mymissing items. Can I give a ZERO? DON?T ORDER HERE!! Placed order on line for delivery. An hour later I get a call that they are canceling my... order because they cannot deliver. I asked if order was made and ready and I get a yes. BUT lobby is closed because the safe isopen (info to tell a customer?). So I cannot pick up my order even though it is done.
