Our local Pizza Hut closed 10 years ago used to go to Pizza Hut when I was a kid up until present day I'm 50 years old so I want... to win I had to go to Smyrna Delaware I ordered the pizza there an hour ahead of time when we got to the Pizza Hut it was readyit was hot fresh the breadsticks were just the same in the pan pizzas I remember it from however many decades ago a plus to thestaff and Pizza Hut the girl working the counter was very friendly overall great place to eat Read more

The pizza and breadsticks both had a horrible taste and the bottom of each was hard and like wood. Like they used extremely... dirty pans. Usually the cheese breadsticks are very good and soft. Pizza was made wrong, and didn?t have cheese on parts. Cheese sticks are so burned. I give up with this Pizza Hut.
We ordered pizza and got the confirmation email. After waiting almost an hour past the delivery time I call and find out they... canceled it because it was a ?prank call?. They did this without calling to confirm the ONLINE ORDER or at least notifying usthat they canceled the order. BUT they did charge our card and now we have to wait for them to refund us. They won?t even answerthe phone at the store and it sends it to a customer service center. Read more
Well pizza was 20 minutes or more late. I did call and ask where it was. Was told several orders all at once and only one... delivery driver. Person on phone did apologize. Delivery driver was very friendly and nice. Food was cold. Received no icingfor cinnasticks or sauce for breadsticks. Normally have better service at this place. Read more
Great service, my order was messed up, I called and they fixed the issue and gave me some awesome bread sticks on the house.
