Honestly, save your time? and appetite.. and go elsewhere. ???? This location consistently has some kind of issue almost every... time I have been here. Orders are more often wrong than correct. Half the time ?Taco Bell is closed?. Oftentimes they are noteven open/working during normal business hours. The overall 2 star rating with hundreds of reviews feels accurate. Also? it?s2022? almost 3 years now since COVID? and they?re still drive-thru only. What is up with this? No indoor seating? for years? Read more
I love this place so Im not necessarily judging the food and everything like I said I love it. HOWEVER that night we got the... MOST impatient drive thru teller. I have 2 kids that take their time picking out what they want. My 16/17 yr old new what shewanted. My son on the other hand would love to eat the entire menu, he's handicap, y'all need to be patient with us. We asparents with handicap children need time and we need a patient teller (I refuse to call her a waitress) I know your days arelong and you're on your feet between 8 and 12 hours a day. I use to do it, but please learn patients with our children, we'retrying more than they are trying to get our kids. Read more
This place is literally awful. After we ordered and payed the lady said to pull into a parking spot which we sat in for 20... minutes. We got are tacos and nothing was right it was almost like we told them to make whatever they want and put it in thebag. I hope this place shuts down. They dont deserve our money. Read more
It was great, then we came home. Then we got sick to our stomach. Here we are, 6 hours later, we are still sick. I just... had 3 crunchy tacos. Wife had burrito Supreme. I was wondering why there were no customers there. Staff was nice, foodcame out fast. Guess I can't do Taco Bell. Read more
I?d never write a review but the people here were so rude including the manager that I had to. There was hair in my food and the... tacos were all completely crushed. When my friend called to talk to the manager he was speaking to an employee saying that hewas ?doing too much? , while he was on the phone. If I could give negative stars I would. This Taco Bell has been awful for many years. I try to give it another chance every few months or so, with no luck. Every time I... go to the drive thru during normal, reasonable business hours they tend to not even be open or taking orders. One time at 8pmthere was a lady standing in the middle of the drive thru gesturing cars away to leave which was weird. Another time there were2 cars in front of me and I watched as the both of them (and myself) sat in front of the speaker for at least 4-5 minuteswithout being spoken to. Recently, around 9pm I sat in front of the menu for about 5 minutes before a lady parked in the cornerby the dumpster (I assume a worker?) started yelling something at me, I couldn?t hear anything she said and I wasn?t sure shewas talking to me at first, but she must have been telling me they weren?t open.. when I pulled away there were cops searchingthe white building in front of where you turn out of Taco Bell so I can understand that all, but an employee was literallyhanging half of his body out of the drive thru window so he must not have been that concerned, so to not even speak up and tellme when I was at the menu that they were closed was rude. They should have turned the lights on the menu off if that was thecase too. Also, if you even get your order, they tend to only give you a shoestring size line of meat on your taco so theyreally rip you off too. I always just tend to drive to the Taco Bell all the way down by dover target? at least they usuallyhave it together. Read more
Menu is out of date and everything I ordered they didn't have.. They even ran out of ice. Order wasn't hot, nor was it cold.. it... just was. Baha blast syrup needed to be changed but the associate asked me to test my drink to see how bad it was first thenoffered me a drink with no ice. Read more
