Unfortunately, I eat a lot of fast food. This location had no cars at lunch time, so I stopped in for drive thru. Staff seemed... inconvenienced by my presence. While there were no errors in the order, the food was disgusting and old and cold, and I honestlyhave fairly low standards. Read more
The order was wrong. Four items should be pretty simple. The honest truth is I could hardly eat this food, because looking... around, this is one of the filthiest fast food restaurants I've ever been in I am not talking about just some dirty tabletops. This needs a hazmet team with a steam cleaner type cleaning. The bathroom was just as I expected, with the added surprise ofvomit all over the one urinal. Good job Wendys Smyrna. Got my order wrong. Had an attitude in correcting it. Brought my corrected food back to me tampered. (I can only assume out of... spite.) Had to immediately spit the food out because something was horribly wrong with it. Who knows what was done to it. Donot order from this location!!! Read more

I just went to the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m. today (5/22/22) and was told they ?Would not be taking orders for 15 minutes? as they... were doing a shift change. Wait. What? Wow, just wow. We knew they had our order wrong when we were told the amount we owed. At the drive thru window we asked them to read back the... order and some how they missed the first thing we ordered. Even though we went through what sandwich what drink etc. We werethen meant with attitude because we didn't get everything we requested. They kept saying we were adding things at the window.
