Good Customer Service, I go here all the time. Stay in drive for 20 min. Got up there ask for order of breadstick. The young... lady said ok. Got my bag in look in there after I leave . Just one breadstick in there. Call back told the lady who answer thephone I just got one breadstick. She said that's all I suppose to get . I told her I paid $2.49. She said ok , u suppose to get2. And I told her i got some cold french fries .She said you coming back I said yes . I went back the guy said come to thewindow. They give me the breadstick in some hot French fries. They sure replace the hold order . Because my fish had got cold.I had to heat up when I got home. Because had to go back in get my breadstick and fries. Everything on that plate sure beenhot . How long i had to wait in line. First it this store had ever gave me cold food before . Very very surprised. The younglady who in drive thu the only one apologize. Wow, how is a grown man working at the window with his stomach hanging out and bending over to where my 6 year old had to see... his entire behind????? Then tried to feed us over cooked food. They served us a chicken tender kids meal that was all very hard breading and a small amount of chicken jerky on the inside. ... Its a shame someone actually served this to another human. Read more
First thing I notice, the gentleman in the pictures I have provided was wearing no hair net or beard net when handling drinks or... food hence the hair in the picture. The corn was over cooked and shriveled. The funnel cake fries....lord they had a whole badof powdered sugar on them so when we opened the box, we got a powdered sugar bath. It went everywhere in the car. None of thefood was good. I spent 21 dollars and literally everything sucked which is why I keep telling my spouse I don't like fast food.You get what you pay for.
