ALWAYS nice, patient & so helpful. I have a complicated order with lots of extra stuff on the side & they always get it... right. This location on Thornton Rd gave me my first ever bad customer experience at any Chick-fil-A. I ordered and paid for lunch on... the mobile app and went to the store to pickup. When I got to the window I was asked to pay. I explained that I had a mobileorder and showed my receipt. The manager, Stephanie said there was a problem on her end and she would not give me my orderunless I paid again. In the name of customer etiquette, she should have accepted my receipt, gave me my order, and resolved theproblem after the lunch rush. Instead, she called the police to have me removed from the drive thru. Yes...the police. I had tocall the corporate office to receive a refund. I will never spend another dime at this location.
