Seriously, this place should have new employees or training, certainly new management. We pulled in to get a quick bite on our... travels (Oct 30 2022), and went to the drive thru - the person inside said "we are having shift change so you can't orderanything for 20 minutes" - what??? Seriously how does that even work with "fast food" - I see the "owner" replies to a lot ofreviews on here, but what are they doing about the problems? Thankfully for us there are several other food options at thisexit, and we got food in hand from another establishment in about 6 minutes after this conversation at Krystal. Read more
I really like White Castle better. But, since I'm down south now...The folks are nice and attentive, but they didn't have any... sliced cheese for the sliders, lukewarm burgers and the buns were thick and dry. Just not the same as it used to be. Read more
This location should be shut down for training....I wanted a scramble the other morning but was not sure what to expect since... the last time I got it in a drink cup with foil on top.....I went anyway....how does food taste old first thing in themorning?!!? Anyway...I got ready to sugar my coffee....6 sugars later I cracked a cream open and poured 2.5 lumps of bad lookingyogurt into my coffee....look, those little cups never go bad anywhere else in the world....but they do in this place....that isa pure management issue....also please don't reply like " sorry we didn't cater to your tantalizing taste buds, give us anothertry" I'm not interested in your copy and paste reply...thanks Signed, Cream Curdle Read more
Great place to come if you like only receiving half the food you ordered. Ordered online and got there and they supposedly have... no fries or no drinks in the whole restaurant. Lazy manager refused to give us any extra burgers or anything to replace the halfof the meal they didn?t give us so we only got burgers when I paid $30 for the whole family meal. No one will answer the phone.So I just got scammed out of half my money. I?ll never be back and I advise no one else patronize this sorry excuse of abusiness. Read more
