Very disappointed !! Order thru drive thru they gave me my food very fast but my fries were old, soggy, an cold ! They also... forgot to give me a order of fries but thank God they did because they weren't good anyway !! I go here on the regular so I wasvery disappointed at the service ..My advice is yall need to focus more on given all foods fresh an hot instead of hiq fast youcan give someone cold soggy food ! This is why ppl loose their Kool with fast food places .. We come an spend our hard earnedmoney an don't get what we pay for !! Read more
The crew was on it when we visited. The line was long but moved quick. We got our order exactly right and even got a bundle of... napkins! I've been other places where I'm lucky to get a straw, much less napkins. Read more
I went to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast. It was entirely slow. It was only two cars in total including me. I told them I wanted... a grilled chicken hash brown bowl with no eggs I get to work to eat my burrito and I noticed there?s egg sitting on top of thewrapper so I decide to open up the burrito and it?s full of eggs. The label on top of the burrito even says burrito with noeggs, I cannot eat eggs. This is terrible service from wood supposed to be Chick-fil-A. Read more
Honestly this location isn?t run badly however, the traffic for the drive through completely makes it near impossible to get out... of the location once you?ve gone through the line or to even get IN line. Not to mention that when placing your order, they didnot ask for sizes of drinks or fries ( wanted to get a large drink) and they seem stingy with sauces as we did not receive oursauces we asked for when placing the order (shown on receipt) and was only given 3 ketchups for 2 full meals once we asked atthe window ?. assuming the sauces were correct already. Furthermore, Im not sure when they stopped giving out straws for drinks? especially a milkshake ???? but , they were fairly busy however this does not excuse the basics. I went late around 8:30 or 9pm so the drive thru was a breeze. I am not sure if its this location but anytime I get any type of... sandwich or nuggets I get an upset stomach. Knowing this, I have essentially stopped going. I ordered 2 salads and 2 largeFrench fries with 0 drinks and the total was about $25. I was shocked at the high price point and won't be going back. Serviceat the drive through is always pleasant and logistically they know what they are doing however, I'll still make my own chickenand salads at home. Read more
I have never had an experience like this before !! So upset that there was a DEAD BUG in my food!!
I want to like this particular location as the staff is friendly, but they are incompetent. We frequent this location at least... one a week. Greater than half the time, my order is missing items. Today, I waited at the curb for 20 minutes after the appindicated someone was on their way out with the food. The food was all cold and the fries were literally just crumbs ? seepic. I made.the dreadful choice to stop and chic fila during lunch time 12:15. The line was the type of line that's says nope keep... going. But I stopped anyway. Low and behold, I've never seen a line anywhere that could move that fast. Chic fila has figured itout and they are incredible with your wait time, customer service and hot food. Attention all other fast food spots. Study chicfila model and you too can be amongst the elite. Right now they are in a lane all by themselves. Read more
