Just got pizza and it looks horrible. It?s like thrown together. Crust is all uneven. Cheesy bread is burned on the sides and... there is no garlic sauce on the bread. Also have to pay for marinara for the bread, what? I?ll go back to little ceasers. Lookslike a big sloppy mess! Read more
Never ordering from this place again. Ordered at 9:50 pm. It?s now 11:58 pm and I?m at the store waiting for them to make my... order. I called multiple times and they never answered. Showed up to the store and heard the phone ringing nonstop because I wasstill on the line. They claim they delivered to my house but nothing was delivered and even if it would?ve been been, theyclaim it was delivered at 11:30. That?s an hour and fourty minutes that they supposedly took. We?ve come to this location for years and used to get great service. We ordered a pasta with no chicken and it was cooked with... chicken. I called the stores phone number and was on hold for over 10 minutes before even leaving my house. I drove up to thestore while still on hold and by the time I got inside I?d been on hold for over 15 minutes. The woman who was clearly managinglooked at me and said, ?You can go ahead and hang up that phone. I only got two people here and we can?t answer the phones.? Thetwo additional employees in the store working were literally just standing around staring at me and her. When she finally cameto help me, I told her what was wrong and she just ordered the cook to remake it. No apology or acknowledgment of the mistake oranything. After the cook out the new order in the oven, he came to the dough station and she was all but shouting at him infront of everyone when he?d not actually done anything wrong. While I am frustrated at how I was treated as a paying customer, Ifeel even more frustrated for the folks she has working for her. If my boss shouted and spoke to me the way she did, I wouldwalk out on her entirely. Read more
Domino's saved my night! I just moved to the area and being unfamiliar ordered from Papa John's. it took almost 2 hours to... receive it, burnt and cold. Inedible!!! so I looked online again and found this Domino's very close by and the food isabsolutely perfect and delicioso! And although I was quoted a time of 32 minutes 11:30 at night, the driver arrived in 15minutes!! This is my new favorite delivery and I recommend them to everyone in the Smyrna area. This is the pizza my Husband just came home with from carry out... not delivery. Means no one had time to slam it around or... carry it or sling it around in a car, yet it looks like a slice is missing. There is so much sauce on it, that all the toppingscame right off the pie, and stayed in the box. This handmade pan pizza was made more than thin in the center which also helpedall the toppings slide off. Horrid experience after getting off work from the hospital tonight. Just wanted a decent slice ofpizza to call it a night. I understand their employee's time is precious, but in the minute & a half it takes to put a Levelspoon of sauce on a pie, evenly, and toss on some cheese and stick it in a oven, they could or would even take their time indoing so. Nope. No dinner for me. Thanks Domino's! Keep asking for that 15 an hour minimum wage, aye? Read more
I got a large vegetarian that was beyond delicious, there was one man making all the pizzas and only one man doing deliveries... and they still managed to be awesome Read more
