This location, with out notice, cancelled my online order because they discriminately selected my neighborhood to not allow... delivery orders due to OTHER people making fraudulent orders. I called to change it to carry out but was informed I had toresubmit my order because they made the executive, discriminatory decision to cancel my order. I prepaid with my card as well sothat action alone should of warranted a genuine order. Never ordering from this place and will make sure to let everyone know tonever order from Dominos as a whole again if they are allowing people like this to represent them. Good luck. Read more
This was honestly the best pizza I have ever had, I also got some of their brownies and I have to say they were delicious!!... Great service, they were very nice! The girl with the ponytail and Brice had the best costumer service. 10/10 Read more
We order here often bc of convenience. Just beware that the order will take twice as long as what?s posted online. ALWAYS... confirm your order at the door because half of the time it?s wrong. It?s very silly to keep ordering knowing how many issuesthis place has but at least it?s consistent. Their consistency is the only reason for the extra star. If you want cheap food andwill eat any pizza then order something and just plan on it being late and something wrong with your order. I think I?m finally fed up with Domino?s Pizza franchise. I have had nothing but issues from multiple Dominos restaurants.... Weather it?s poor quality, the wrong order, multiple hour wait time, etc. This evening I placed an order and it took over an 1.5hr for it to begin delivery. Then the order said completed yet I never received my order. When I called the lady told me she hadknocked on my door. Mind you I?m in a hotel room, I would have heard a knock on the door. Secondly, the two front desk managersnever seen anyone with Domino?s. But the lady at Dominos still claimed the delivery driver did knock on my door. What happenedto costumer service? Read more
Ordered barbecue chicken bites from the app. Did not know it had cheese on it so I tried to get an exchange for regular chicken... bites. I was told no because it states cheese in the description. Once I showed the General Manager there were no descriptionson the app he told me I should have looked at the picture. The picture did not look like cheese or else I would not have orderedthe chicken (I don?t like cheese). I asked for a refund and I was told by the general manager that he could not refund the bitesand don?t use the app anymore to order. I explained the website encourages you to download the app. He stated I should not usethe app or even eat from dominoes because he surely don?t eat from there. Read more
The most awesome pizza we've ever eaten. We ordered pizza in medium size, and I did not think that the fillings would be put so... much, to the brim. It was soooo delicious! Rachel was extremely thoughtful and held off on making my pizza until the delivery driver was ready to get it. I was initially... concerned about it taking a while, but she kindly explained that it was so I wouldn't have a cold pizza by the time it arrived.Everyone is having a tough time with staffing right now.
