I went to the drive thru at 6:45am on a Saturday and ordered a dozen assorted donuts. The donuts were hard and stale. They... tasted like they were left over from last night. Not happy with it. I had two experiences with this shop. The first time was the drive-through, at that time, i suspected the... walk-in order might be faster, but somehow driving through that Sunday morning was extremely slow, the cars waiting in linealmost reached the main street. When its finally my chance, I got my drink wrong, I ordered cold brew brown sugar with ice, thefirst time, they gave me the hot one; after I pointed it out, they gave me a cold brew with a really bad face (I guess no onewants to change drink for me), but still, nothing brown sugar or cream. That was frasutrating. Today, I had another badexperience. (I shouldn't have been stubborn and insisted on trying to find a good experience. ) I walked in and was about toorder, even hold the door for the Mexican guy after me. However, his wife (I suspect) tried to cut in line when the previouscustomers had almost finished order; she simply jumped in front of me. I was waiting with a certain social distance, even withother customers waiting after me, she simply took advantage of this distance I kept and conveniently cut. I was super confused,shocked and thought that was obvious enough, but the cashier somehow still let her do so since she was already there andapologized to me for that...... Ever since they remodeled this Dunkin' donuts it's been a great experience. The employees and the service that they provide is... beyond what I have seen before. Well then again I go early in the morning so they probably still have that great spirit beforethe rush hour. But either way I wanna say thank you to the morning crew if they are reading this. Not planning to come to this establishment in the morning ever again. I have spent years living near this Dunkin Donuts. I... adored the morning manager and his customer service. I hate he's not there anymore. This new manager leaves a lot to be desired.I was served coffee today with a lid that was not put on properly and caused me to burn my hand badly. The girl there was kindenough to replace it, but the manager made excuses for the staff initially and was not empathetic to the poor way it was served."What do you want from me was her response. She's rude!" This is my second encounter with her rudeness. I will not be returningin the morning as long as she is there. Read more
Fast drive thru but one of my ordered item was wrong. Other than that, I liked my experience. I will be back if I'm in the area
