What I am most impressed with is the customer service after leaving the restaurant. I misplaced my keys and called back on... Sunday morning and Monday afternoon to see if they were found and turned in there. The two young ladies I spoke with were verynice and even extended words of kindness in hopes of me finding them. Got a grilled cheese and fries for my grandson and it was $13 without a drink. The grilled cheese tasted like the grill had not... been cleaned and tasted of burnt meat! Not kidding. The fries, which are usually good were hard and over cooked. Pretty surethey may have been refried and sitting around a while. The peanuts were good while I waited for the food to be finished to go.Lol. Bottom line: they dropped the ball big time on this order! The employees were nice. I?ve ordered from This Location several times due to locational convenience. And it has been an average to belowaverage quality and experience compared to other stores. Dinner was good and great service. I made a mistake, but the staff person made it right without pause. The ONLY reason I gave a... 1 star is because I observed one of the staff wipe her nose, WITHOUT changing her gloves or washing her hands. I'm just gratefulthat she didn't prepare my food because I would have requested a refund and left. ***UPDATED 12 June 22 My veggie sandwich wasgood and my fries were made to order hot.
