I have waited over a year to review because I was always hopeful I would have a pleasant experience and was being patient during... the current environment. In the past year and a half I have never been to this location and they had "Hot N' Ready" available. In the past year and a half I have never had an online order ready at the time I am told it would be ready, rather they wait forme to come in, request my online order, pull my order up, and then start my order making me wait 20 to 30 minutes while theyprepare my order. This place is only still open due to the brand name. Do yourself a favor and go to another location if youare craving Little Ceasars. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is BY FAR the worst Little Caesars location on earth. They NEVER have hot,fresh,now... available. They constantly are 20+ minutes after estimated time. They cancel delivery orders all the time without warning. NEVERGO HERE. Read more

UPDATE: After a month of no responses from Corporate, the store not answering their phone, and the assist store manager refusing... to give the refund, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my credit card. Whatever you do, do NOT order on theirwebsite. If they're out of items upon arrival, they will not refund your money and will send you to corporate. Corporate won'trespond - at least they haven't to me after several emails and phone calls. --- Changing from 3 stars to 1 star Orderedonline. They were out of multiple items that I ordered but were unable to refund the out of stock items in the store. I'm nowthree days into trying to get refunded from their corporate office. Also, the deep dish pizza I ordered was so undercooked thatthe mozzarella was still in shreds and not melted. Will not go back. Horrible ! The staff could care less. They where huddled up talking. I didn?t get a receipt. I waited for my order 15 mins. For... a guy to finally say u waiting on something I replied yes I?m waiting on a order I paid for only one guy came in after me. Foodonly needed to be cut but it wasn?t until I said something. I ordered a thin crust pizza with olive mushrooms and half alpino. We are vegetarian. I came home with hungry kids open the box... it has a full layer of paparonnies.... The bread sticks i ordered creepy well done.... it's not even cooked looks white totallyuncooked....i called no one picks up.... To make the matter worse this is the second time it happened....first time they pickedup the phone said to bring it back we will replace it....but we live about two miles and do not have a car...it was night timetoo....so ....you tell me why they don't pay attention....is it just me... even that is not an excuse ... To happen two times in3 months....i am sorry no excuse...i am so mad...now after paying them i have to figure out why to feed kids....i worked all daytoo ... Did my part. I ordered a simple delivery tonight of two pizzas, a deep dish, and a pizza and stix. combination. The pizza and stix... combination was so flat and soaked with grease. It was disgusting. Clearly, there was something wrong with the dough and I?mstunned that they would serve it like this to a customer. The Detroit deep dish pizza was completely undercooked. It wasbasically raw in the center. The entire order was a disaster. This was approximately 8 o?clock and I called the restaurantuntil 845 to get a replacement, but I could not get anybody to pick up. I also called the delivery customer service. It had toleave a message for somebody to call me back, but I did not get a return phone call. I was extremely disappointed at both thequality of the food, and the fact I could not get a hold of anybody to get it corrected. I will definitely not be using thedelivery service again because I would have left the pizza there if I had I went to pick it up and saw the condition. I amstunned they would serve a pizza like that to a customer, one practically raw, and the other one flat as can be, and clearly thedough did not raise at all.
