I ordered a iced caramel macchiato and when handed to me it was just cream had no espresso on top. I asked for the espresso... since it?s apart of the drink. The manager came to the window yelling. I had to park, get my baby out of the car and walk in toask for a third time after I had paid to re-make it please. I come often here and this lady, Liza or whatever is never smiling,apparently always upset she is not customer focused & definitely shouldn?t be working with customers. Maybe on the backend she?sa workhorse but not when it comes to solving customer matters again I come often so have seen her interactions with the staffand other customers. She was very rude this morning and it wasn?t called for; Jesus it?s not even 8:30 am it?s way too early tobe so nasty esp when you?re getting paid!! Not everyone is cutout to work with customers and that?s ok. She said Jeff is theowner so Jeff I hope you?re reading this. It cost nothing to be nice to people! especially when I?m spending my money weekly atyour establishment weekly. I hope maybe some training is done because there?s many others more qualified who would love to be acustomer service manager I?m sure you can find. The girl at drive thru was also rude. There was once a morning crew who allseemed pleasant but not anymore. If I don?t hear anything back from the complaint I placed then I?ll assume you could care lesson how your managers treat your frequent paying customers and will take my hard earned money elsewhere and will instruct othersfrom the chamber and beyond to do the same. Please read. Let me start off by saying I normally have no issues at this location. There's occasional order mess ups and... sometimes the staff is on the quieter side. However, my biggest issue and concern is what happened today 10/21. This locationis the only place I've eaten at recently including a trip this morning for breakfast and yesterday for dinner. Other than that,my card has only been used for bills which are set up to automatically withdrawal. At 6:07pm today I got a notification statingthat there was unusual activity on my account. Upon looking at my account I noticed a charge showing someone tried to transfermoney from my account to theirs. Which, thankfully, was stopped before it went through. Keep in mind that my card stays with meat all times and I was last at this location around 6:30-7:00am. I'm not sure who did it. But, that charge would have overdrawnmy account. So, needless to say I will never be returning to this location. Read more

Took me 30 minutes to ask 3 people the same question in the dining/order area before I got an answer. The manager seemed unsure... of what to do and I will give 1 extra star for the young lady with glasses who was PUMPING out orders and doing it right -kuddos to her. Everything else... folks waiting 30 mins for 1 burger and fry while the drive thru is cruising. I personally wasjust seeking Halloween Pails which they didn't even know about or have unboxed. Hoping it gets more efficient because that maybe a first and last visit for me. Read more

Horrible place! The manager had the audacity to fix herself 2 burgers and a glass of tea while people were waiting on their food... backed up inside and the drive thru! The inside of the restaurant looked like a war zone! Spilled drinks on the floor, trash onthe tables, and a backed up orders! She got her food before anyone else did! Read more

Whoever works the night shift, y?all need to fix your attitudes. Not only was most of my food MISSING, but y?all really wanna... snap at people just for asking for the food they PAID for. Short and sweet... I love this location and the employees!! Always superb service, kind, welcoming just all around great! I mean... let's be real the kind of pace we all know McDonald's can bring no matter what they always remain in genuine good spirits.Service with a smile at all times! How does McDonald's not have carbonated beverages three different times I've tried to buy one there? Isn't that a staple? In... one trip, I had my drive thru order not make it to the cashier, had a manager be condescending and rude while attempting to fixit and continue to be loud and obnoxious in the background while I spoke to another manager. Even though this is the mostconvenient location, I will not go back. They have too many problems. Read more
