Horrible customer service! After sitting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes, an employee instructed me to drive up to the... window, where I could place my order there, and I then sat another 10 minutes at the window. Dude I?ve had so many issues with this McDonald?s. From their card machine being down to rude employees to their hours ALWAYS... being wrong. If every other McDonald?s weren?t super far I?d really never come back. Take today for example- I go to get an icedcoffee and bear in mind it?s almost always horrifically sweet and I almost always have to ask them to make it over- to todaywhere they barely put any sweetener in it. I told the cashier (who was very nice) that it wasn?t sweet, and asked for some moresyrup, of course the manager looks super offended and then tells the cashier to charge me $0.30 for it which I do. And she handsme the tiniest amount of syrup. Like okay, normally when I come you put 5x the amount of syrup in there but now you want me topay MORE for a pump of syrup when my coffee has like none in it? Their coffee is NEVER consistent. I ALWAYS have to have itmodified when I get it. Like honestly why is there no normal amount so I can just tell you if I want more or less from thestart? I work early in the morning and over half the time I go there around 0430 in the... morning they tell me they?re closed, there system is down or they?re only taking Uber eats orders.
